Top 5 weird habits to kick:
5. Waking up in a cold sweat in the middle of the night, ridden with the guilt of not completing my to-do list/s.
4. Not peeing before going to bed, in an effort to give myself another urgent reason to wake up in the morning when my alarm goes off.
